Refund policy
All sales are final; however, in the event that a product you have purchased is damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact us by email at support@goldrecordsusa.com within thirty (30) days of your purchase date.
Please include your name, order number and any documentation of the defect (such as a photo). Gold Records USA will look into the matter and we may contact you for further information and/or we may ask you to return the item to us for inspection.
If Gold Records USA determines that the product you purchased was damaged or the incorrect item, we will be happy to replace it for the same item (subject to availability) or we may, in our sole discretion, issue a refund for the purchase price you paid. Please note that returns cannot be accepted unless you a) first contact Gold Records USA, and b) you have received a return authorization from Gold Records USA.
